Me: I do so much cloning these days that every time I go home and try to cut bread I can't because I don't find my restriction enzymes in the

freezer.

Colleague: Oh really?!

Me: Yeah, and even when I find it, it doesn't cut, it's NotI.

Colleague: (sadly laughing for the sake of friendship). Well, I think any joke about restriction enzymes would always end up in a sticky end.
Me: Ohhhhh, awesome!
